The English character actor Aubrey Mather began his work on stage in the 1900s. His most famous work is Rage in Heaven by directors W.S. Van Dyke, Robert B. Sinclair and Richard Thorpe also starring Robert Montgomery and Ingrid Bergman. Random Harvest directed by Mervyn LeRoy starring him also had Ronald Colman and Greer Garson as supporting cast.
