How do I create my gift certificate?

Its easy! Just click the button above and follow the instructions. The gift can be emailed to your friend or family or printed out and given to them. We use PayPal to ensure that your information is managed with the best possible security measures. To send a Fashion Playtes Gift Certificate directly to your favorite fashionista, make sure you have her email address (or her parent's email) handy! Do you have physical gift certificates?

Because our business is online, we are only offering gift certificates via email at this time. We want customizing clothes to be as easy as possible for each of our designers, so girls can go directly to our site by clicking the Start Shopping link from the gift certificate - its easy! If your idea of the perfect gift includes pretty paper and a bow, print out the online certificate and decorate it however you want!  If you do this, please make sure to leave the recipients email off the gift certificate and follow the PayPal instructions.

How do I redeem my Fashion Playtes Gift Certificate? 

To redeem your gift certificate, all you need to do is have your gift certificate redemption code and make sure that you click on the PayPal option during checkout. Clicking will then take you to the PayPal section of our site where you can enter your redemption code and shipping address. Well save any of your unused balance in your Fashion Playtes Gift Certificate account so that you can use it later.

What products can I purchase using a gift certificate?

You can check your balance by going to your PayPal account. We use PayPal to ensure that your information is managed with the best possible security measures.

Does the gift certificate expire? 

No. There is no expiration date on your creativity and we'll never put one on your gift certificate either.

Can I use multiple gift certificates when making a purchase? 

Of course!  We see no reason why you can't use the gift cards from Grandma Rose and your BFF Jill together; we think they want you to make your outfit as fabulous as you possibly can... and we do too.

Can I use a gift certificate and another form of payment on the same transaction? 

Absolutely! You can pay for your order using both a gift certificate and a credit, debit card or Pay Pal.

What can I do if I haven't received my gift certificate? 

Please allow 24 hours for the delivery of your gift certificate. Also be sure to check your junk and spam folders sometimes they go there if they don’t recognize our email address.
