Sunday Inspiration: Watching a Sunset…

Happy Sunday!

I’m traveling with my family for work (and pleasure) in California this week, I’m (literally) straight across the country right now.

Last night was our 1st night here, so we decided to take our family to Venice Beach and then on to the Santa Monica Pier. As we were walking to our car in Venice Beach, we kept seeing people laying out blankets on the beach. They were all getting ready to watch the sunset.

Watch the sunset.

Something that happens every single day, but something I don’t stop to watch and just take in.

I had our whole family stop to enjoy the beautiful sight. My sons had never seen a true full sunset before and I’ll tell you what… it was GORGEOUS. They all thought it was so cool.

Take the time to watch a sunset.

It’s something I’m going to do much more often with my family.

Life can get so crazy busy with schedules and activities and work, it’s these moments that really make an impact and leave an impression.
