Shipping Policy

We proudly ship all of our custom apparel and accessories through the United States Postal Service.

US Orders - Shipping fees vary based on the total value of your order. Creating your custom garment takes 7 - 10 BUSINESS days. Shipping time to most areas is an additional 3 - 5 business days. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee.

International Orders - FashionPlaytes ships to more than 200 countries. The fee is $30 flat rate for orders sent outside the US. You can expect your custom garment to arrive within 4 weeks - order processing takes up to 10 business days and actual shipping time varies by country. Customs fees, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
NOTE TO INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: FashionPlaytes does not recommend the use of third party services for your shipping or billing address. FashionPlaytes cannot guarantee or track packages that are sent to such third party providers.

Return Policy

Your custom garment is made just for you. Please make sure you check your order carefully prior to purchase. We strive to show a close representation of the garment you will receive in the mail, but slight variations in color may occur.

Of course, if there is a quality issue, we will happily honor your return for refund or replacement within 30 days of receipt.

Please note that gift certificates are non-refundable.
