Contest Rules

1. Eligibility

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or claim prize. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. The FashionPlaytes "Style it! Weekly" Contest (the "**Promotion**") is open exclusively to FPgirl members, except employees of FashionPlaytes, Inc., and their respective affiliates, partners, subsidiaries, franchises, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate families or household members of each. 2. How to Enter:

Create a scene and submit it to the contest during open contest availablity. Contests are open weekly from Thursday at 7pm ET to the following Thursday at 6:59pm ET.

(each week, a "Promotion Period")

During each of the Promotion Periods visit https://fashionsplaytes.com/games/style-it-weekly and follow the instructions to complete your contest entry. You must enter at least one (1) scene to be eligible to win. You may submit an entry for each Promotion Period unless you are a winner of a prior Promotion Period. No other method of entry will be accepted.

In order to be eligible, you must be an FPgirl member at the time of entry and remain a member until the end of the applicable Promotion Period. Registering is free. Only one (1) standard entry per person/member per "promotion period". Entries with duplicate membership ID's or multiple entries using different membership ID's for a single individual will be disqualified.

All entries and requests become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the e-mail account of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. "**Authorized Account Holder**" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

3. Selection of Winners

One (1) Grand Prize winner will be chosen based on popular vote by the FPgirls eligible to vote from among all eligible entries submitted during each of the three Promotion Periods (as seen above) for a total of three (3) Grand Prize winners. FPgirls will vote based on the following criteria:

(i) Artistic merit - artistic skills and use of colors and images; (ii) creativity and originality - creative use of the FP virtual items, as well as the unique and novel approach to the design; (iii) communication of the Promotion theme in the design - how well the entrant uses virtual items to style their scene.

User voting restrictions: Users may vote for multiple designs on a daily basis, but they can only vote once per design, per day.

In the event of a tie, the tied entries will be re-submitted to a panel of judges consisting of Fashion Playtes employees for a re-judging between the tied entries alone.

The selections will be administered by representatives of The Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Promotion.

The Grand Prize winner/s will be notified by e-mail on the following dates and will be given instructions on how to claim their prize (if a tangible prize is avalable durning that Promotion Period). Upon e-mail notification, the winner's legal parent/guardian will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability release (and, where permitted, a publicity release) within five (5) business days of notification or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.

Upon each round's completion, entries will be removed, and the next round will begin. Winning submissions will be presented on the contest page.

Winners may also be announced on FashionPlaytes' Promotion page, Facebook page and through member e-mail newsletter. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

4. Prize

Each "**Grand Prize**" winner will be featured as the FPgirl Stylist of the Week.

If an additional monetary prize is available, each winner will be responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution by winner or cash equivalent is allowed. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize for one of equal or greater value.

5. Acceptance Official Rules

As a condition of entry, participants fully and unconditionally agree to these Official Rules and to the Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all respects. Other guidelines and requirements of this Promotion may be included as part of the entry form and incorporated by reference as part of these Official Rules.

6. Entry Errors

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected entrant information. Sponsor is not responsible if online service or equipment is interrupted including without limitation (1) interruptions to any network, server, Internet, Web site, telephone, satellite, computer or other connections, (2) failures of any telephone, cable, satellite, hardware, software or other equipment, (3) garbled, misdirected or jumbled transmissions, or traffic congestion, (4) other errors of any kind, whether human, technical, mechanical or electronic, (5) the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information or the failure to capture any such information, or (6) printing or typographical errors.

7. Disputes

In the event of a dispute as to any winner who entered by making an online entry, the person to whom the registration was assigned will be deemed the winning entrant or as otherwise determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Potential winners may be required to show proof of identification.

8. Publicity and Liability

Publicity. As a condition of entry, you irrevocably grant consent to Sponsor's and its agents' use of your name, likeness, voice, and biographical information for publicity or advertising in any media or manner, without further payment, consideration, notice or approval and without geographic or time limitation.

LIABILITY. YOU AGREE THAT SPONSOR AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES AND AFFILIATED COMPANIES AND ALL THEIR ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER IN CONNECTION WITH THIS PROMOTION AND, YOU SHALL HOLD THEM HARMLESS FOR ANY INJURIES, LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND THAT YOU OR OTHERS MAY INCUR AS A CONSEQUENCE OF YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION OR YOUR ACCEPTANCE, USE OR MISUSE OF A PRIZE.

9. Conditions of Participation

Sponsor reserve the right in its sole discretion to modify, cancel, terminate, and/or suspend the Promotion and to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these official rules, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner. In the event that the Promotion is terminated early, Sponsor reserves the right, but not the obligation, to award prizes to persons who entered prior to the date of termination. Without limiting the foregoing, Sponsor may lock out any entrant who, in its sole judgment, has been disqualified, has questionable eligibility or is otherwise ineligible to enter.

10. Disputes/Choice of Law

EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED, EACH ENTRANT BY VIRTUE OF ITS SUBMISSION AGREES THAT: (1) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THIS PROMOTION OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION, AND EXCLUSIVELY BY STATE OR FEDERAL COURTS SITUATED IN MASSACHUSETTS, (2) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, BUT IN NO EVENT ATTORNEYS' FEES, (3) NO PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHER DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS, MAY BE AWARDED (COLLECTIVELY, "SPECIAL DAMAGES"), AND (4) ENTRANT HEREBY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM SPECIAL DAMAGES AND ALL RIGHTS TO HAVE SUCH DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR INCREASED. MASSACHUSETTS LAW, WITHOUT REFERENCE TO ITS CHOICE OF LAW RULES, GOVERNS THE PROMOTION AND ALL ASPECTS RELATED THERETO.
