i wore a lot of tutus for a lot of places. tutus are pretty with tons of color and deigins.
ive never worn a tutu or a tulle
but i think i NEED to get a tulle ASAP
u can make one
1. go buy elastic bands, and tulli.
2. cut the tulli the short way and then cut that in half.
3. make it into a halfr like u are going to cut it then wrap it around the elastic a tie it
4. wear it with a cute outfit!!!!
