Hi FPgirls! I just learned how to do newspaper print on your nails, so I thought I would show you guys how to make them.

1. Do a clear base coat and wait for your nails to dry. (this step is optional, although I recommend that you do it.)

2. Paint your nails light gray, white, or light pink. Pink looks fun and girly, gray makes for more of a newspaper look, and white makes the print stand out. It’s your choice.

3. Wait for your nails to dry very thoroughly.

4. Dip one of your nails in rubbing alcohol. If you don’t have that, vinegar works great.

5.Take a strip of newspaper and press it onto the rubbing alcohol nail for a few seconds. Carefully peel it off. The print of the newspaper will be left on your nail. Repeat steps 4-5 until all your nails are done. You can also use sheet music or comics. Any picture in the newspaper is good.

6. Put a top coat of nail polish on each nail, and let them dry. Enjoy! -glittergirl982
