DIY Summer Mocktails

 

1) Ocean Water

Ingredients:

 

1. 3 tablespoons water
2. 3 tablespoons sugar
3. 1 teaspoon coconut extract
4. 3 drops blue food coloring
5. 2 (12 ounce) cans lemon-lime soda

 

Much tastier than your average ocean water. Heat the water and sugar in a microwave-safe bowl for 1 minute, and then stir until sugar is dissolved. Pour the sugar into the pitcher and add the coconut extract, food coloring, and soda. Poor over ice, and toss in a Swedish Fish candy for the final touch!

 

2) Sunny Side Up Shirley Temple

Ingredients:

 

1.1/2 cup orange juice
2. 1/2 cup gingerale
3. 1/2 cup lime soda
4. 2 tbsp of grenadine syrup
5. lime slices and maraschino cherries for garnish

 

Give your regular Shirley Temple a little kick! Over a glass full of ice, layer the drink with orange juice first, followed by the soda, and finally the grenadine syrup. Add two slices of lime and a cherry on top!

3.  Juice from one lime

 

With just three simple ingredients, this drink is quick and easy to make! Combine watermelon, sugar, lime juice and 1 cup of ice in blender. Voilá
