Paging all FP girls! I know there are a lot of us out there with a sweet tooth (or multiple). The good news is, there are a lot of ways we can satisfy that sweet tooth of ours that are actually healthy! Try some of these recipes when you’re in the mood for a treat.

  1. Banana “Nice-Cream”

This recipe is awesome, and only has one ingredient: bananas. All you have to do is slice about 2 bananas and freeze them overnight. In a food processor, blend the bananas together until you get a smooth consistency. You won’t believe how much it looks (and tastes) like real ice cream! Top it with a few chocolate chips, or eat it plain. You’ll go bananas over this :)

  1. Graham Cracker + Cool Whip S’more

Everyone loves s’mores, so here’s a way to make your s’more a healthy treat. Take 2 square of a graham cracker, and put a generous spoonful of cool whip inside. Top it with the other square, and freeze it for about an hour. Can you say yum?

  1. Frozen Yogurt Bites

You’ll need yogurt of your choice, fresh raspberries and blueberries, and silicone muffin cups. Scoop a dollop of yogurt into each cup until the bottom is covered. Then, add in the blueberries and raspberries and press them down into the yogurt. Put the cups in a tray and then pop them in the freezer for a few hours! Once they’re frozen, take them from the cup and enjoy!

  1. Chocolate-Covered Banana Bites

Bananas are the star of the show today. Slice the bananas and put the slices onto a tray. Freeze the bananas for about an hour, and in the meantime melt the chocolate chips in a bowl. Once the slices are frozen, dip them into the chocolate to cover the entire slice. The, put them back in the freezer to harden. These simple treats will definitely satisfy your sweet tooth!

  1. Healthy Chocolate Milkshake

This one is for all you chocolate lovers out there! You’re going to need vanilla almond milk, a banana, cocoa powder, and honey. In a blender, blend together one cup of almond milk, a banana, 2 tbsp. of cocoa powder, and 1 tbsp. of honey. Add 2-3 pieces of ice. You can’t go wrong with this one!
